The fine outdoor pool setting was a highlight.

During my two-night stay, I encountered several issues that marred my experience. The room I was assigned had dirty sheets and a malfunctioning air conditioner, leaving me uncomfortable throughout the night. When I addressed this with the staff, their response was less than satisfactory. Rather than a proper resolution, I received a fan that only blew hot air, and the interaction with the staff was distressing.

The evening meals were really good, particularly the excellent three-choice menu with fantastic desserts.

The location is quite challenging for those who prefer to walk, particularly with a steep ascent from the beach to the hotel.

The staff delivers excellent customer service. Dining options include freshly cooked eggs and an exquisite three-course dinner each evening.

The hotel features a lovely outdoor pool area surrounded by terraced olive groves, which created a perfect retreat. Rooms are modern but could benefit from better drawer space. The food was of high quality, although the limited vegetarian options could be improved.

The staff were correct and polite throughout my stay. The breakfast had its moments, particularly thanks to the lady at the stove who genuinely seemed to enjoy her work. The location was quiet, perfect for those looking to cycle or hike in the area, although access to Lake Garda required a short drive.

The family-owned atmosphere was evident from the start, especially with Arturo helping me plan everything. The breakfast spread was very nice, with a vast selection of breads and hot options. Complimentary prosecco. Dinner each night was a delight with a variety of choices and a wonderful antipasti buffet. I felt really welcomed by the reception team, especially Alessio and Luca, who always had time for a chat. The staff at the bar were a highlight too. Micky and Matthea gave a fun vibe while making cocktails. The outdoor pool, surrounded by olive groves, offered the best views of the mountains. The location might be a challenge for those with kids as it's a steep walk back from Torbole. The local buses are available, but they can be a bit unreliable in the evening. My room wassuper clean and cozy, but the TV placement was awkward was nice. A fantastic holiday, just a few minor inconveniences.

Every moment spent at this hotel was a dream! The outdoor pool area, nestled among olive trees, offered amazing views of the mountains, made my heart sing. And let's not forget the very nice breakfast buffet, where I enjoyed a complimentary glass of Prosecco alongside a feast of fresh pastries and hot dishes. Honestly, every detail-from the warm welcome we received to the cozy vibes of the evening entertainment.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in the beautiful area of Lake Garda was absolutely stunning. Surrounded by olive groves, the hotel offered a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with excellent customer service at the reception desk. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the view. The hotel also had a fantastic restaurant and bar area, where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and evening entertainment. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were a great way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the area.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a beautiful area.

Great New Year's Eve entertainment, beautiful indoor pool and spa.

Room was too small for the number of people, breakfast selection was limited and some items were not fresh.

The hotel is located in a quiet area near bus stops, surrounded by beautiful gardens. While it is not right by the lake, it is close to a local pizzeria. the accommodations have coffee and tea facilities with fresh milk, and the air conditioning works well. the breakfast buffet has a wide selection of foods, and the evening meals are 4-5 courses with your choice of starter, main course, and dessert. the staff is very helpful and accommodating. There are two swimming pools, an indoor and an outdoor one with plenty of room to sit around.

There is no mention of the fitness facilities provided by the hotel.
